In the Machining Environment dialog window, choose cam_teamcenter_ascii_library for the CAM Session Environment. Both are named references of the UGCAMTemplateData data set. In managed mode, when creating a new CAM setup by switching to Manufacturing, the library configuration available is defined by the contents of template_tc.dat and not template_part_planner.dat.
